COMPANY PROFILE

     Former Orient Plastic Corporation was established in 1982 with different names such as : Tan tien 1 plastic enterprise, No 6 plastic enterprise under Department of Industry Ho Chi Minh City. From 2000 the Company converted into joint-stock company named “Orient Plastic Corporation “. At the beginning the Company only produced household plastic products mainly for local market. After 10 years of activities the Company boldly changed the direction to produce clothes hangers for exported garment and household purpose. Until now Orient Plastic Corporation become one of the leading professional producers in clothes hanger in Viet nam.

Start with the export market

    In 1993 Orient plastic began export plastic clothes hangers to Japanese market is a “fastidious market”. The amount of the export product was increasing and now accounting for over 90 %   of Company’s product volume. Outside Japanese market Orient Plastic also supply clothes hanger to exported garment companies used for export their clothes to some countries in Asia and Europe. 

Gradually conquer the local market

     The year 2000 Company converted into joint-stock company, Orient Plastic Corp. begins push up producing clothes hangers for domestic market. Clothes hanger is special item with diversified style suitable with every kind of clothes. Therefore Orient Plastic constantly invested new molds in in order to answer requirements of domestic customers. At present the Company has about over 100 styles of clothes hanger and accessories for garment sector.

     To avoid the dependence on the partners which effect the products delivery to customers, Orient Plastic has complete production process from ordering mold, production to investment of machines producing extra spare part for clothes hangers such as : iron hooks , springs , chains ..

     Until now Orient’s clothes hangers have won the trust of many big and small garment companies throughout the country. The Company is supplying different kinds of clothes hanger to many garment companies in  around the country.

Diversify  product

    Outside the main product like hangers, the Company also produce some other plastic products for export according to customer’s  requirement  especially products for hotel such as : hair clips, hair brush, hangers… for hotel style.

More investment and production expansion

    In order to answer the increasing demand of customer, Orient Plastic Corp. already constructed a new factory in industrial zone of Long An province. With all new modern injection molding machines the Company can answer requirement high quality products and delivery time for customer.

TREND OF DEVELOPMENT

     According to the production plan from 2015-2020 Orient plastics will continue to invest in machinery and equipment to increase 30% exported product volume compared to 2015. On the other hand to meet the demand for clothes hanger for Exporting garments in Viet Nam Orient plastics will also invest a lot of molds to meet customer requirements in order to meet the potential domestic market.

MACHINERY

     Almost of Orient Plastic’s machines are new generation controlled by program,  therefore exported products of the Company satisfy Japanese quality. To avoid the dependence on the partners which effect the products delivery to customers, Orient Plastic has complete production process from ordering mold, production to investment of machines producing extra spare part for clothes hangers such as : iron hooks, springs, chains ..

    The volume of direct exported products and indirect exported products account for over 90% of the Company’s production, so Orient Plastic always place quality control on the first. The quality control applies at all processing sections from raw material, semi-products, assembly line to packing.
